The Village of Pinehurst has a robust strategic planning process that culminates in the development of an annual Strategic Operating Plan.   The annual Strategic Operating Plan communicates the Village Council's strategic priorities and desired performance levels for the upcoming fiscal year and the five-year planning period in order to advance our vision to be a "charming, vibrant community which reflects our rich history and traditions."
