Community Center

The Cannon Park Community Center, located at 210 Rattlesnake Trail, is the home of the Pinehurst Parks & Recreation. Youth, adult and senior classes, activities, camps, trips and programs are held and managed from this location which includes program rooms and a full-size gymnasium. The gym, multi-purpose room and kitchen are available to rent for public and private meetings and events.

Our gym is lined for one high school regulation-sized basketball court, two high school regulation-sized volleyball courts, two pickleball courts or two half-court for basketball. Bleacher seating for approximately 185.

This large room has windows on three sides and a high ceiling.  The space can accommodate up to 78 people in seated with 5' round tables. Audio/visual capabilities make this a great place for meetings and seminars.  The space is also used for fitness classes, tai-chi and youth camps.

Equipped with two stoves, a refrigerator, a freezer and an ice machine, the kitchen hosts cooking classes and is used to cater small events.
