Surplus equipment and vehicles can be purchased from the Village through public or private sales, according to North Carolina General Statues.  These sales are held periodically throughout the year.

 The Village publicly auctions most items on the GovDeals and Auctions International websites.  Real estate and other high-value items are also advertised in The Pilot newspaper prior to sale.
