2026 Summer camp registration opens on February 4 at 8:30am for Pinehurst residents and February 6 at 8:30am to the rest of the community. Before registering your child, there are some important things to know:

Parks & Recreation Online Registration

Make sure you have an account in advance as that will save you time at registration. If you do not have an account, you need to create one. It's easy! Go to pinehurstrec.org to set up your new account or register.

Registering Your Child for Camps

PLEASE READ

1. Please check to make sure that your account is active and up to date on birthdays, home address, and email before registration opens.
2. We have a new payment gateway so if you have not updated your payment method on file, please do so before registration opens. This only applies to those who choose to store their card information on their account.
3. If using a mobile device to register, be sure to click on the desktop version in the left-hand corner.
4. A $25 deposit is due for each week at the time of registration. These deposits are non-refundable. We understand that sometimes life throws us curveballs, special refund consideration may be given on a case-by-case basis.
5. Balance payments will be due one week prior to that week of camp starting. You will still have the option to pay the weekly balance or pay for the summer in full. All of this can be managed from your online account. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need assistance or have a question.
6. We accept Discover, Master Card, VISA and American Express.
