To keep the Village of Pinehurst workforce well informed, management hold an annual State of the Village Meeting for all Village employees and volunteers.

The purpose of the State of the Village Meeting is to reinforce our Vision & Mission; recognize our workforce; reinforce the importance of legal and ethical behavior; communicate strategic direction and initiatives; address workforce topics; and to provide an opportunity for interaction and feedback.
