The Village of Pinehurst hosts several events with available vendor booth space for food and beverage.  We also hire a number of bands, performers, and artists for special events.  All vendors interested in participating at an event must apply to be considered. Please Note: Not all vendors that apply will be accepted as each event may have specific criteria.


How to Become a Vendor

  • Please reach out to the special events coordinator Megan McDonald at
  • Bands/performers, artists must provide a link to press kit or video for review with application
  • Wait to get a confirmation call or email to participate (you will receive a response within 7-10 days)
  • Pay applicable fee(s) once you receive confirmation as a vendor
