The Fair Barn can accommodate up to 500 banquet style seating, 600 row seating, and 800 standing room.
The kitchen is equipped with:
Commercial Refrigerator, Freezer, Ice Machine, Double Sink, Commercial Dishwasher, Gas Range, Stainless Steel Worktables, and Bus Carts
Two dressing rooms featuring full length mirrors and lighted vanities.
135 parking spaces and 7 designated handicap spaces.
Parking Attendants are available for hire to direct traffic for large events. Please contact the Fair Barn Coordinator to arrange services.
The Fair Barn has a stage and dance floor available for rent.

Reservations are confirmed once the completed Application and Permit, Release and Indemnity Agreement, Catering Application, and Liquor Liability Insurance Certificate (if applicable), have been returned along with the required $500 deposit.
Base fee and all other fees are due no later than five (5) business days prior to event. Reservations are based on a first paid, first served basis.
Please note that The Fair Barn closes at 1:00 AM for all evening events.
