There are a variety of building permits required by the Village of Pinehurst. The Planning and Inspections Department oversees the application process and can guide you on what permits you may need when building or remodeling in Pinehurst. In addition, the Village has prepared a list of Frequently Asked Questions that may address your buiding permit questions.
The Village does not currently require a business license. However, if you purchase a business and are changing the use of the property, you must submit an Application for Zoning Use form to the Planning and Inspections Department.
The Village Municipal Code has established for the purpose of governing the manner in which businesses and individuals will be allowed to peddle and solicit for business and other purposes on private property in the Village of Pinehurst. A permit is required to be filled out and returned to the Village Hall at 395 Magnolia Rd, Pinehurst, NC 28374 whether you are a non-for-profit organization, or a for-profit organization.
